A long-term partnership
What you sign up for at Zeropoint is an ongoing partnership in which we do three things for your business at the same time. We help steer your IT strategically, we also carry out the concrete work that follows from it, and we guide the people who have to work with it.
Strategic thinking partner
We sit at the table when you make important technology choices and look ahead together. Which architecture do you pick today without regretting it three years from now? Where are the risks in your current setup? How do you position yourself for what's coming?
Executing the work
We also actually build, repair and maintain the software that follows from that strategy. No advice you then have to hand over to another partner, but a team that rolls up its sleeves and takes care of the implementation itself.
Taking team dynamics into account
New software only works when your people can actually use it. We help guide the change, involve the right people in decisions and keep an eye on where resistance or confusion is building up.
What we don't do
To set expectations clearly, three things that are sometimes confused with the way we work.
We're not a staffing agency for developers
You don't hire individual profiles from us by the day. A Zeropoint partnership is a team that gets up to speed on your context and is focused on the long term.
We're not a classic IT helpdesk
We use a ticketing system for smooth communication and follow-up, but our role doesn't stop at resolving incidents. We build, we repair and we keep things growing.
We're not a project agency
We don't deliver a fixed scope with an end date and then disappear. Whatever we build, we keep tending, as long as the partnership lasts.
A package per phase of your business
Package size follows the scale of your business, not how long we've been working together. A company of 25 people can flourish in Garden for years without ever needing to 'grow' into a bigger package. A company of 80 people might just as well start straight in Estate. What you get is not a fixed number of hours per month, but a team that adapts to what that month requires.
The Groundwork Survey
For companies that want to get to know us first before entering a longer partnership, we offer a Groundwork Survey. Two weeks of focused work, a fixed price and a tangible report you keep, even if no partnership follows. If you then choose a fixed partnership within 60 days, half of the amount is credited against the first month.
We use the first week for exploration: conversations with your key people, going through your documentation, getting access to your systems and mapping the architecture. The second week is for analysis and synthesis: reviewing the codebase, weighing AI possibilities, prioritising risks and bringing everything together in a report. At the end we give a two-hour presentation to your leadership team.
